The cloud was really dark in the morning, the humidity was so high you could almost smell the rain in the air, and the forecast did mention morning rain.

This photo was taken in the kids splash and spray area at the local pool. Well, not exactly my local, but anyway. I took the kids out for a little water play, with some friends and their kids. Glad we weren’t deterred by the dark clouds, nor trusted the weather forecast, because it didn’t rain at all this morning, and the kids had a ball in the water.

It’s a little strange in a way don’t you think, that we don’t wish for water to come pouring down, when we all we want to do is to play and have fun in the water?
