I love to cook and bake, and always want to take more photos while I’m in the kitchen but I find it too cumbersome to keep my hands clean to touch the camera in between the process. Because that means I have to wash hands so many times, and kinda ruining my pace in the kitchen.

This photo was taken during my Christmas lunch preparation, I was making some Spanish meatballs that day. There they were before I baked them. The tin bucket in the background was the citronella candle I used to keep away the flies. An essential element to survive summer entertaining in Australia.
