Not all pastas are tasted the same, in my children’s eyes. Regardless of the pasta sauce and my 15 minutes length explanation of how pasta is made, they still believe that the bow-tie pasta (farfalle) is the most delicious of all. There is no logic in this. I stopped fighting for the ‘truth’ watching how eager they ate their ‘most delicious’ pasta dinner. They will meet the truth at some point, and clearly, it’s not today.
